Description:APPLY NOW! We are currently seeking individuals to work in our Atlanta Contact Center as Home Services Consultants on a PART-TIME schedule.

The Home Services Consultant assists callers with setting up their home utility services. Individuals will use a consultative approach when offering & selling products and services to customers such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite TV, DSL & more. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who can maintain call quality, work order accuracy, and exceed each customer's expectations. Successful Consultants will demonstrate professionalism and commitment to the role through superb attendance, punctuality, and strong adherence to our code of conduct. Strong verbal communication and professionalism are a must!

Duties:- Maximize sales opportunity on inbound calls from individual consumers. - Assist callers with setting up their home utility services. - Must be detail oriented to manage semi complex order processing and inputting of data. - Provide stellar consultation on product offering, selection pricing, availability, etc. - Consistently reach daily and weekly individual and team sales goals. - Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and strive to improve your skills and sales performance - Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience - Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations - Must read and ensure customer understands mandatory provider disclosures. - Deliver high quality customer service by using a friendly & outgoing style during the sales process. - Possess and demonstrate good judgment, integrity, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:- Minimum age of 18 years. - HS Diploma or GED. - Highly prefer 2 years of post high school education, but equivalent experience will be considered - Highly prefer 2-year or 4-year degree - Minimum of 6 months Sales or Customer Service experience required. *MUST be available to work Full-time during 4 weeks of Training, then go to Part-time shift (20-30 hours) - Applicants should have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. - Previous telephone sales experience is highly desirable. - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral & written. - Flexibility with Part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week)
