| Description: | The VP – Partner Development will be responsible for managing and growing revenue from Allconnect’s service provider relationships. The position will oversee all aspects of partner relations from contract negotiations through performance management, including managing product lines across multiple channels. He/she will also be responsible for understanding trends both within partner organizations and in the marketplace and taking an opportunistic approach to grow revenue. The VP – Partner Development will manage an existing team of account managers and product specialists.
Success will be measured by achievement of revenue targets, creation of new revenue streams, and overall partner satisfaction.
COMPETENCIES:
• Experience in leading and managing a team of 10+ in a revenue-producing environment
• Highly developed communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of 3rd party consumer sales and distribution in the home services sector (telecom, television, broadband, etc.)
• A broad, strategic orientation with an attention to detail
• Ability to build consensus and execute projects cross-functionally both internally and externally
• Industry experience a must: telecommunications, cable/satellite TV, broadband, utilities

| Duties: | • Lead revenue development to exceed targets and grow new revenue from new offers, products and solutions.
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with individuals at all levels of partner organizations, from senior executive to account manager
• Manage all service provider product lines across call center, web, and outbound marketing channels
• Assess and enhance Allconnect’s partner positioning communication to ensure effectiveness
• Analyze performance data and make strategic recommendations for partnership growth and new opportunities
• Team with New Partner Product sales team to create smooth transitions through the on-boarding process
• Maximize revenue through commission enhancements, offer development and contract negotiations.

| Qualifications: | • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University. MBA a plus.
• 10+ years experience in sales, account management, and/or business development roles
• Demonstrated track record of managing and achieving revenue targets
