Description:The Implementation Project Manager (Multi-channel) will be primarily responsible for supporting Business Development with the objectives of hitting profitability and revenue targets.

This position will have ownership of guiding Ad Sales and Multi-channel ideas/initiatives through the post-sales process by providing life-cycle project management. Ownership includes the coordination of other departments activities within the organization to ensure project success.

Required Competencies:

Project Management – Provide post-sales project management from contract signature to project implementation; Coordinates the activities of other organizations; Ensures work is completed in a manner which optimizes Allconnect revenues and is mutually beneficial to the respective customer, partner and/or service provider.

Strategic Thinking - Develops execution strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understands organization's strengths and weaknesses; Identifies threats and opportunities; Adapts strategy to changing conditions.

Problem Solving - Identifies and is persistent in resolving problems or obstacles in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in-group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with sensitive topics.

Technical Skills – Consistently demonstrates a working knowledge of the business from the grass roots, Advisor level.

Oral/Written Communication – Always conducts himself/herself as a polished, creditable company representative in all interactions with others, communications, presentations, reports, etc. while similarly enhancing Allconnect’s image as a world class business.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive implementation plans to successful completion on budget and on time.
• Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ad hoc reporting software (i.e. Crystal).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple /projects tasks with stringent schedules.
• Relevant experience handling multiple projects in various stages of the lifecycle.
• Marketing knowledge preferred.
