| Description: | The Sr. Manager of Implementation is responsible for managing major cross functional projects for Allconnect. It will be responsible for successfully and profitably coordinating new business opportunities received throughout the organization and installing them into the operations of Allconnect; while ensuring effective communication, appropriate resource planning and successful execution across the entire organization. This role is responsible for developing the solutions that will deliver new programs, products or initiatives that Allconnect engages in with our partners. The role has high impact on partner relationships contractual obligations. This position must work with key department contacts to determine execution roadmaps, prioritize major execution steps, organize and implement projects to meet ongoing corporate objectives and initiatives. |
| Duties: | Major Responsibilities:
- Break down and organize new business opportunities to determine functional area impact across the organization.
- Determine and scope solutions to meet opportunities working with all functional areas of Allconnect.
- Maintain a company-wide resource pool in MS Project or similar capacity planning tool that consists of all appropriate functions and resources at Allconnect who participate in corporate initiatives and serve as major stakeholders in these initiatives.
- Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts and shortages (using the company-wide resource pool). Help to facilitate conversations among Allconnect’s senior leadership to make hard choices around prioritization and selection of projects based on any resource conflicts or shortages.
- Interface with external partners to successfully execute on business opportunities.
- Provide general business recommendations on the following areas of implementation: Project Scope and Timeline Planning
- Lead Allconnect resource teams to ensure proper resource leveling.
- Facilitate cross functional problem solving to successfully implement solutions.
- Assist Allconnect functions in designing implementation and project plans, as well as facilitation of change management.
- Act as primary liaison for exchange and distribution of information between Allconnect partners and Allconnect.
- Manage client expectations, provide issue escalation pathways and document and manage all partner issues.
- Provide written weekly status reports to detail the progress of the implementation and deliverables, potential problems, open issues and general information.
- Maintains industry awareness of current and upcoming regulations in the utility, telecom, or other relevant industry.
- Development of realistic plans, goals, and aligning plans with company goals, managing resources and creating contingency plans.

| Qualifications: | Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university is required
- Previous Big 4 or like experience a plus
- PMP certification is a plus.
Required Competencies:

Project Management – Provide post-sales project management from contract signature to project implementation; Coordinates the activities of other organizations; Ensures work is completed in a manner which optimizes Allconnect revenues and is mutually beneficial to the respective customer, partner and/or service provider.
Oral/Written Communication – Always conducts himself/herself as a polished, creditable company representative in all interactions with others, communications, presentations, reports, etc. while similarly enhancing Allconnect’s image as a world class business.
Thorough understanding of capacity management complexities in order to properly plan implementation of call.
Presentation skills – Raise understanding, influence, provide clarity and educate through strong communication in
Innovation/ Creativity - Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas; Takes calculated risks; Presents ideas and information in a manner that gets favorable response.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project managing small to medium sized (5 to 25 M$) multi-discipline projects required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry (i.e. utility, telecom, cable) or Allconnect experience
- A solid track record of accomplishments in project management and process development.
- Demonstrated ability to drive implementation plans to successful completion on budget and on time.
- Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ad hoc reporting software (i.e. Crystal).
- Proven Financial analysis skills.
- Previous successful experience in enterprise consulting methodologies is highly desired.
- Demonstrated project management (MS Project or other application) skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally due to strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of department objectives.
- Ability to analyze project needs (Operational, technical and financial) and articulate those needs to others.
- Proven leadership ability that is supported by strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PC skills, networks, interfaces, and operating systems required.
