| Description: | The Cable Direct Order Entry Specialist would fully understand Allconnect's Cable service provider's proprietary systems, provide new hire/ongoing training as needed, and serve as a subject matter expert to the DOE & Business Development teams. This role is expected to provide critical improvements in completion rates and reduce breakage.

| Duties: | Major Responsibilities:
~ Provide DOE management and partner sites process maps to ensure fast and accurate cable direct order entry processing.
~ Remaining up to date on all product and process training for our cable direct order entry business.
~ Acting as subject matter expert on cable product and process to the Training & Development, DOE Management, and Business Development.
~ Assisting with cable direct order entry performance trending and analysis to determine actions needed to improve performance.
~ Partner with DOE management to establish agent incentive programs that produce heightened performance, employee satisfaction, and low attrition.
~ Partner with DOE management and our Information Technology department to ensure that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance and utilization.
~ Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to Senior Manager of DOE for consideration.
~ Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting for the
client and senior management.
~ Audit vendor performance to identify training and process opportunities, as well as establish root cause theories with performance trends.
~ Provide ongoing cable order entry training, both in person and via web, to partner sites to enhance performance or launch a new partner.

Qualifications:
~ Four-year college degree or work equivalent
~ 2+ years experience with cable order entry.
~ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needs require – (Approximately 10 – 15%)
~ Advanced user ability with Excel, Word, & PowerPoint. Access Database experience a plus.
~ Demonstrated ability to execute on complex business strategies, driving measurable results. Ability to define and execute new solutions.
~ Demonstrated ability to successfully facilitate root-cause analysis on complex issues.
~ Demonstrated knowledge with cable order entry required.
~ Ability to define, re-engineer, and continuously improves business processes. Experience with multi-function six sigma projects highly desirable. Formal Six Sigma training and certification is a plus.
~ Strong, polished verbal and written communication skills. Able to collaborate, negotiate and persuade, while maintaining positive relationships with employees, peers, internal partners, clients, and third party partners.
