| Description: | The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for corporate financial planning and strategic analysis. This role will analyze financial results, assist in preparing the yearly budget and contribute to the enhancement of forecast models. This role will also gather and prepare materials used in Allconnect business/program reviews as well as complete ad-hoc projects. The Analyst will conduct analysis and research related activities in order to support Allconnects strategic objectives and properly evaluate new business initiatives.

| Duties: | Major Responsibilities:
Provide standard daily, weekly and monthly reports on key operational metrics to various constituents throughout the organization.
Perform detailed operational analysis to identify opportunities to improve operations, increase revenues and understand critical dynamics affecting the companys operational and financial success.
Develop and or improve reporting processes to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency
Ad hoc business and financial analysis
Financial and operational forecasting

| Qualifications: | Required Competencies:
Technical Skills Strong quantitative, statistical and analytical background; experience in operational reporting and analysis; strong spreadsheet and database skills.
Process Improvement Develop new processes and identify and implement improvements in existing processes of collecting, storing, managing, processing and delivering operational data.
Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; Manage competing demands; Make allowances for uncontrollable business variables; ability to thrive in a less structured, evolving business environment.

Qualifications:
Experience in quantitative and statistical analysis and reporting.
Experience in operational reporting and analysis.
Strong spreadsheet and database skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability and desire to interact directly all areas of the business.
Ability to thrive in an growing and evolving business environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with senior management.
Ability to work independently on multiple /projects tasks with stringent schedules.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Oracle, IEX, datawarehouse softwar, and Access.
Education Requirement:
4-year degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Industrial Engineering |
